Last updated: 2026-09-09

Autagora is a decentralized marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. By using the platform you accept the terms below.

1. Parties & Scope

Autagora is an intermediary platform only and is not the owner or seller of listed goods/services.

The contract is formed between the buyer and the seller identified in the listing.

2. Accounts & Security

Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity under their account.

Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent listings are prohibited and may be removed.

3. Buying & Selling

Sellers must describe items accurately and keep listings current.

All payment methods (crypto, card, bank transfer, PayPal, smart-contract escrow) are equally valid. Crypto settlement may earn a commission discount.

The platform charges a transparent commission based on its pricing policy.

4. Post-Sale

Once the seller confirms delivery, the order moves to “Delivered”.

Buyers may open a refund request or dispute; refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

Autagora is not directly liable for the performance of user-to-user transactions but provides security, escrow, and dispute-resolution mechanisms.
